If you can't upload videos directly to blogger open an account on youtube.com and try to upload some video there.
By posting from youtube you get bigger videos but you cant edit anything on your post, you have to write everything you want first on youtube and then post. I'm not sure, but I think you can´t even add tags.
Well, nothing is perfect and tomorrow I'll make a proper tutorial. Just let me know if you had any difficulty in uploading on youtube so I know where to begin!
